Do you have an account on the City of Farmington website

If so, you'll want to read this important notice on changes coming to your login!


To comply with PCI guidelines, CivicPlus (our website host) is migrating the City of Farmington's website to a more secure platform.  This upgrade is scheduled to take place between November 19, 2017 and December 2, 2017. What does that mean for our users?  A simple username and password update.


Here are the most important things you need to know:

BEFORE NOVEMBER 19, 2017:

  1. If you have an account on our City of Farmington website (fmtn.org) you will no longer be able to sign in with a username.  Once the migration has taken place you will be required to sign in using an email. NOTE:Please make sure your account has an email attached to it. To do this, sign in with your current information and then select "settings" from the pull down menu option next to your name.
  2. Make sure you update your password to comply with the following requirements:
    1. Password cannot match the four most recently used passwords
    2. Password must contain characters from three (3) of the following categories:
      1. Uppercase letters
      2. Lowercase letters
      3. Numbers
      4. Special characters (for example: !, $, #, %, etc.)
    3. Password must be at least eight (8) characters long
    4. Password must be changed every 90 days

IMPORTANT: Citizens who have an account on the City of Farmington website will receive validation emails from no-reply@civicplus.com. Citizens should be aware that this is not spam.
