BLOCK PARTY PERMIT

  1. City of Farmington | Public Works Department

  2. 1. Permit request must be submitted to the Public Works Administration Office or Traffic Engineer a minimum of five working days prior to the proposed street closure.

  3. 2. Applicant must be able to demonstrate that all property owners on street affected have been contacted and concur with the street closure request. Any complaints resulting from the closure will be referred to the contact person and may be grounds for the City to refuse to issue future street closure permits.

  4. 3. The Applicant is responsible for making arrangements with the Traffic Division for the pick-up & return of barricades, setting up the barricades before the closure, removing them after the closure, and returning them to the Traffic Division. Please call 599-8214 or 599-8201.
