The City of Farmington (City) is requesting information (RFI) on implementing an Electronic Bidding, Supplier Registration, Contract Management and Insurance Certificate Management System.

A. The information received on this RFI will be reviewed, evaluated, and compiled by the City for the purpose of writing technical specifications and budgeting. 

B. Firms interested in providing this type of software/service are requested to submit information regarding your ability to meet our needs.  The City has addressed some specific concerns/questions that are attached to this RFI.  Firms are requested to address each of the City's questions with your submittal.
