It gives instruction on car safety, road safety, and strategies to make you a better driver. Come do Aquacise in the 86 degree water. This is an instructor led, low impact, high to moderate intensity workout done in waist to chest deep water. You do not need to know how to swim.

Join us for a thirty minute beginning yoga class at Sycamore Park Community Center, 1051 Sycamore Street in Farmington at noon this fall in the park with Carla Martin. Bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles will be used. In the event of bad weather, class will be moved inside.
