The pool is 50 meters long. Swim wear is needed. Swimmers must traverse the pool whether by swimming or walking continually.
The Farmington Aquatic Center provides indoor water recreation for the whole family, year round. The options are endless:
- 50 meter Olympic-size pool with high and low diving boards
- 150 foot water slide
- Leisure / playground pool

The Farmington Museum has a large collection of photographs that document the history of the city and the surrounding areas. The images highlight the diversity of the region, from the people who call it home to the industries that drive the economy to the natural environment we all share. This exhibition features examples from the museum’s collection relating to Farmington’s Main Street.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I, this lobby exhibition at the Farmington Museum explores the impact and influence the war had on American life. The exhibition features panels, courtesy of the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service, and posters from the Library of Congress, alongside artifacts from the museum’s collection.

Celebrate the winter skies and learn about our universe at Family Astronomy Night. There will be star legends from many cultures in the Stardome planetarium, and a chance to observe the sky through a telescope on the terrace (weather permitting). Join us for many fun stations set up throughout the Farmington Museum such as Space Station fun, navigating the surface of Mars, Astronaut Pudding, Pop Rockets, measuring hand strength with our Vernier Probes, and much, much more!!

Join the Museum of Navajo Art & Culture for a demonstration of Pueblo pottery-making by the award-winning artist Pam Lujan Hauer! Southwestern Pueblo pottery is an art-form with a long and rich tradition. Pam Lujan-Hauer, potter from the Taos Pueblo, demonstrates her art and tells the story of pottery, from the history of clay as an art form and the origins of the earliest pottery, to the threats to traditional pottery.
