Community Development Block Grant - $116,504
CDBG-R: Sidewalk Project
This project, funded by the Community Development Block Grant, includes sidewalk, curb and gutter improvements, and removal of barriers to ADA accessibility on Griffin, Alpine, Poplar, and Sycamore. The Annual Street Maintenance contractor, Consolidated Constructors, has completed sidewalk installation on Griffin, Poplar, and Sycamore with work re-suming in mid-March.
CDBG-R: Rental Assistance
15% of the CDBG-R budget, $17,000 was used for Emergency Rental Assistance to provide homelessness prevention to low-income families who were facing eviction due to the loss of jobs or lowered wages. The Contractor providing this public service was San Juan County Partnership.
