Note: this system uses the TLS security protocol. If you are using Internet Explorer and have trouble accessing the log in page, you may need to enable this protocol. You can do this via Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Settings>Use TLS 1.0.
Initial account setup instructions:
Your intitial PIN is printed on your utility statement in the top left cornor under the web addess (www.fmtn.org). To enroll, click "On-line Utility Service Inquiry and Payment", enter your account number including the dash and enter your intial PIN. You will be prompted ton enter a new PIN, hint and email address. An email will then be sent to your inbox and you will need to click on the link included to verify your email address and new PIN. After this confirmation you will be able to access your account. To ensure delivery to your inbox, please allow any e-mail from @fmtn.org to your address book.
