Online Utility Service Inquiry and Payment
Due to our nightly maintenance, you may not be able to access the on-line payment process between 12:00 am and and 5:00 am Tuesday through Saturday.
If you are scheduled for non-payment disconnect, DO NOT PAY ON-LINE. Please contact Customer Service at 505-599-1353.

Note: this system uses the TLS security protocol. If you are using Internet Explorer and have trouble accessing the login page, you may need to enable this protocol. You can do this via Tools > Initial account setup instructions: Your initial PIN is printed on your utility statement in the top left corner under the web address (www.fmtn.org). To enroll, click "On-line Utility Service Inquiry and Payment", enter your account number including the dash and enter your initial PIN. You will be prompted to enter a new PIN, hint, and email address. An email will then be sent to your inbox and you will need to click on the link included to verify your email address and new PIN. After this confirmation you will be able to access your account. To ensure delivery to your inbox, please allow any e-mail from @fmtn.org into your address book.
