Reserve a Shelter
Each year, the shelter reservation system opens for the current year's reservations on the first Monday in February. To reserve a park, click the green Reserve button on the right side of this page and use our online registration system.
You may also visit the Farmington Museum between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Another option is to call the Parks Reservation office at the Farmington Museum and leave a message. Calls will be returned in the order in which they were received. (505) 599-1400
Reservations will only be made with payment, so a credit card is required to make a reservation online or over the phone. If you visit the Museum to make your reservation, we can accept cash, check, or credit card. There will be no refunds.
The fees are as follows:
$20 - per 4 hours - per shelter
$5 - per hour after initial 4 hours
(example - a reservation for 1 shelter for 6 hours would cost $30)
