The Farmington Aquatic Center provides indoor water recreation for the whole family, year round. The options are endless, a 50 meter Olympic size pool, 150 foot water slide, and leisure/playground pool. There are also an assortment of programslike lessons, aquacise, lap swimming, and leisure pool exercise.

Aquacise

Aquacise class for participants with lower fitness levels. Higher intensity alternative will be offered throughout the class for participants who are more
fit. Excellent for prenatal & postpartum women, as well as, participants experiencing arthritic pain.

Happy Hour Aquacise

Come relieve the work day stress.  High intensity, lower impact cardio workout done in the shallow or deep end of the competitive pool.

Aqua Jogger

Tuesday & Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

A safe and challenging workout yet gentle on the body. This is deep water exercise using a buoyancy belt.

Fee: $35.00 per 4-week session for all classes or punch card or $2.50per day.

PARTIES

The Aquatic Center is available for pool parties on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:30-9:30 for the very affordable price of $200. This includes 30 swimmers ($4 per person thereafter), use of all pools and the Aquatic Center all to yourself. Call Today.

Lockers: Swimmers must provide their own locks for lockers. Patrons are encouraged to leave valuables in their vehicle or at home.
