The Farmington Indian Center takes pride in offering and inviting the citizens of Farmington and its visitors to share, participate, learn, and preserve its rich cultural heritage by offering a variety of cultural showcases and educational activities and opportunities. 

Spring Mini-Contest Pow-Wow - May 12, 2012 - an outdoor activity held on the Indian Center grounds. The Spring Mini-Contest Pow-Wow provides an opportunity for local dancers, singers, and spectators a chance to socialize in a relaxed setting.

Miss Indian Farmington PageantFriday, June 08, 2012 - the Miss Indian Farmington pageant gives local Farmington ladies a chance to present their talent, leadership abilities and desire to represent and serve Farmington’s American Indian community.  Applications available January 2012.

11th Annual Indian Market & Festival – July 27-28, 2012, Berg Park - an event that includes art sales and inter-tribal cultural performances that give local and regional American Indian  artisans and traditional dance groups opportunities to showcase their art & their commitment to preserve traditional art, and art forms.  Art and food vendor forms available May 2012.

Fall Navajo Song & Dance - October 2012 - a fun social event closing out the local Navajo Nation fair season.

Annual Thanksgiving Community Dinner – November 2012 - the Indian Center hosts the annual Thanksgiving dinner for a minimal fee and is open to the public.

Christmas Arts & Crafts Sale - Saturday, December 8, 2012 - an arts and crafts sale presented on the Farmington Indian Center grounds. The sale is open to all vendors and buyers alike. The sale is an opportunity to wrap up holiday shopping or in most cases, get started.

Shoe Game - January 2013 - A Navajo winter night oral history game taught through song and playful teasing of opponents.
