Help shape Farmington’s future at the Jolt Our Future public event

FARMINGTON, N.M. – The City of Farmington is updating its comprehensive plan to help guide Farmington’s future development. As part of this effort, the City is hosting the Jolt Our Future event - a night of vision and inspiration, where thought leaders will highlight current and future trends for the community. Key topics will include outdoor recreation, broadband, filming industry and retirement living and how these may impact the city’s health and economic well-being. Presentations will be followed by a Q&A session for public engagement. Mayor Duckett encourages the community to attend and get involved, “These are exciting times for our community as we work to diversify our economy and attract new industries to our area. I’m encouraging our citizens to take advantage of this opportunity to help shape our city’s future.”

Jolt Our Future will take place on:

When: Thursday, January 30, 2020, 5:30-8:00 p.m.

Where: Farmington Civic Center, 200 W Arrington St, Farmington, NM 87401
