Fall is coming! And we have TONS of upcoming activities to get you out and active this season through Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs!

 
Dutch Oven Baking September 8 from 9:00 to 11:00 am. Learn recipes along with this pioneer skill at the Farmington Museum. For Teens and adults. $3.00 per person. Register at Riverside Nature Center.
Garden & Herb Celebration at Riverside Nature Center on September 15 from 8:00 to 11:00 am.
Family Campout on Friday, September 21 at 6 pm overnight till 9:00 am Saturday, September 22. $4.00 per person. Includes campfire memories, hot dog roast, breakfast, and activities. You bring: Your tent, sleeping gear, and family!  At Riverside Nature Center.
Park Play Day

Join our department at various neighborhood parks across the city for some good, old-fashioned fun! Play tag, ladder golf, shoot hoops, do a scavenger hunt, roll down hills, or just come enjoy the sun and shade at our monthly Park Play Days. This month we will be in Vista de la Plata Park, 5190 W Comanche Street in Farmington, on September 22 from 10:00 a.m. till noon. Don’t miss this super fun, FREE event!
